Designed especially for Not-For-Profit-Organizations. You will review project management approaches and language, and leave with practical tools and techniques to help you and your organization manage and deliver projects successfully.
This workshop focuses on specific areas of project management most valuable to Not For Profits and will help you network with others and tap into valuable resources post-Workshop. Space is limited to 15 participants.

Bob Reid: after many successful years with BC Hydro, Bob joined pm-volunteers.org in 2013 as a Customer Relationship Manager. He has organized several projects for our non profit clients and has recently taken on additional responsibility as a Senior CRM. Bob has been involved in the non profit world in Vancouver for many years before joining pm-v. His project management experience and his facilitation skills will assist your audience improve their knowledge of managing projects in the non profit environment.
Murray Clark: Murray retired from Hewlett-Packard in 2012 after 28 years in a variety of roles, including managing a global team of project managers. After joining pm-volunteers.org as a Customer Relationship manager, he helped many non profit organizations find Project Management resources to assist in the successful completion of their project. His most recent role has been the Vice President of Workshops for pm-v. He has organized workshops in Vancouver, Victoria, Surrey, and Prince George. Murray has also facilitated the workshop on several occasions.
